The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore all that Pucon has to offer. It is close to shops, bars, restaurants, and the beach, providing plenty of options for entertainment and dining. Additionally, the hotel offers two swimming pools, perfect for both fun and training. The rooms are equipped with comfortable beds and heating to ensure a cozy stay.

The Wi-Fi is only available in public areas, which can be inconvenient for those who need to stay connected during their stay.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Great amenities and location! Loved the two swimming pools: one for relaxing and one for training. The hotel was walking distance to the bustling city center, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and great views of the nearby beach and lake. The hotel room was spacious and cozy, with comfortable beds. Best of all, the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home.

There were a few minor issues during our stay. The Wi-Fi was only available in public areas, which made it challenging to stay connected to work during the trip.

The location of this hotel is fantastic! It's right near the city center and close to everything. the hotel also has Wi-Fi available in public areas which is quite convenient. the sun terrace is particularly delightful with abundant sun chairs to use.

The outdoor pool was closed for refurbishment which was a bit disappointing.

The location was fantastic! We were able to walk to the city center and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of this city. Close to everything, including bars, restaurants, shops, and the beach. The views of the lake were also fine.

Could not be improved in any way.

I loved the hotel's location near the center of the city which was perfect for my needs. Everything was within a walking distance which was really convenient. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was perfect and excellent. The staff were very accommodating and friendly whenever I interacted with them.

We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the spacious rooms. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk to the city center and near beautiful lake views. The outdoor pool was also a great amenity, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

The staff were quite unfriendly and unhelpful. We had a long wait for check-in and we were disappointed to find that there were no tea and coffee facilities in the room.

We had an very nice time at Apart Enjoy. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center. The two swimming pools, one for fun and one for training, were a great addition. The heating and beds were also very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

During my xmas stay, I appreciated the location of the hotel as it was very close to the town center, making it easy to access many restaurants and shops. the hotel offered great views of the lake which was really enjoyable to observe during the day and at sunset. Another aspect that I enjoyed was having access to the swimming pools which were well-maintained and a nice way to relax during the day.

They were rude and unhelpful, making me feel unwelcome.
